Welcome to the Harlands Gardens Blog!

We are a group of neighbours living in Penland and Turners Mill Roads who are passionate about all things gardening and for the last two years we have been able to share our enthusiasm with our neighbours by opening our gardens for charity as part of the National Garden Scheme (NGS). Clearly this year we will not be able to do that, so we came up with the idea of sharing our patches via a blog. Then we came up with another idea - why not make it a community blog so that people who are not part of the NGS can also share things about their gardens and gardening that they love - anyone can join in!
